DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN THE US
In response to COVID 19, orders may experience extended processing and delivery times due to its impact on business operations and the USPS.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail®. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production time, following USPS an additional 3-4 weeks to transit your order. You will receive an email from us immediately when your order ships.

DAMAGED ORDER DUE TO SHIPPING
In the rare but unavoidable that the occasional order is damaged in the shipping process, we will immediately send you a replacement order. No additional charges. Contact us via email at theheyfrancis@gmail.com or the shop's contact form and include the name used in the order, order number, and a picture and/or video of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or a refund. This is valid within 30 days of your order being shipped.
COMMISSIONED WORK
Reproduction. By ordering commissioned work, you are agreeing that the artist retains all rights to reproduce, reshare, & sell commissioned pieces as prints/or in any other shape or form.
READ THIS BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct shipping information before placing an order. Orders will be shipped to the given address. Any orders placed with an incorrect mailing address are not eligible for a refund/replacement.
All items are shipped from Northern Virginia, USA. Orders are processed as soon as possible, but please note that during the busiest periods (e.g. around the holiday season) it may take up to 10 days for us to get to your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the artist’s work is illegal. By making a purchase on Francis Ochoa Studios, you are bound to the agreement that you will not, in any shape or form, reproduce or redistribute any of the products ordered from the site. This includes, but is not limited to, reprinting, reselling, or minting any products. NO NFTS***
RETURN POLICY
If you would like to return your order and it has not been shipped yet, contact us and we'll refund you in full. Refunds can only be issued on the same card that was used when making the order. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to ship it back to us at your expense and we'll refund you once we receive it and confirm the items haven't been used or damaged. Please always contact us first before returning an item. This is valid within 30 days of your order being shipped.
There is a no returns policy from the moment original artwork is purchased.
Note: Bundles are also excluded from our return policy and are non-refundable after purchased.
